Our HPL green colored chalkboards are a non-magnetic, 25 year chalkboard.
HPL or High Pressure Laminate chalkboards are only
available in green.
HPL chalkboards are an excellent economic alternative
for schools on a budget or if your particular class room doesn't need the
magnetic capabilities of the more expensive Steel-Rite magnetic
chalkboards. These are special High Pressure Laminate chalkboards that hold up nicely under any school
conditions and everyday use. Each HPL chalkboard comes standard with a full-length chalk tray and the installation
hardware.
The satin anodized aluminum trim has a 1/2" face width and 1 1/4" deep marker tray on the 33 1/2" x 45 1/2" and smaller chalk boards. Chalkboards 4' x 4' up to 4' x 12' will come with a 1" wide face trim and full-length 2 3/4" deep chalk tray.

School purchase orders are always accepted. Chalkboards 4' x 4' and larger must ship by truck for a flat fee of $97.50 within the continental U.S. We pay full shipping charges on all orders over $850.00 to one location within the continental U.S.
The HPL Chalkboard is our "Better" line of chalkboards. These high-quality Formica type writing surfaces are laminated to 1/2" fiberboard and enhanced with a foil barrier for superior performance and durability. We find that this chalkboard performs exceptionally well and to be a really good value.
