If you mount the 5' tall whiteboards with the bottom of the units about 30" from the floor then the top of the whiteboards will be about 7 1/2' feet from the floor. A man or woman about 6' tall can only reach about 7 1/2'. This puts the bottom of the whiteboards just about the same height as your conference room table or teacher's desk top which is about 30" on average.
