These
are our aluminum framed, magnetic dry erase boards with a porcelain steel,
magnetic receptive dry erase writing surface.
The fact that these dry erase boards are magnetic is because the porcelain
writing surface is adhered to a steel backing. The steel allows you to
use magnetic accessories but that isn't the important feature here. It
is the superb porcelain writing surface with the 50 year limited
manufacturer's warranty that makes these magnetic dry erase boards special.
The dry erase boards are 4' tall and come in standard sizes
up to 16' long. We do offer custom length boards in which the dry erase
board would be made in multiple panels connected with concealed spline joints
to give the boards the illusion of being a single continuous writing surface.
*It is very important to
check that the larger dry erase boards, anything over 4' x 8', will fit into
the company or building elevator, down the hallway, through the doorways and
into the desired location.
It will get very expensive if
your order arrives and it doesn't fit into the building. For this reason we
offer you an option of cutting the larger boards in half. The boards would
ship as two equal pieces and be connected in the center with a concealed
spline joint. The chalk or marker trays ship as a single piece in the full
length of the boards unless otherwise noted or requested. The marker trays
are attached to the board during installation and look much more appealing as
a single piece. These trays can usually be manipulated up a stairwell.

Map
Railing on the dry erase boards is a 1" piece of natural cork railing
along the top of the boards used for tacks and hanging other items. If you
want this accessory choose the (-1) Map Rail Option in the Shopping Cart.
New for 2006 you can add map railing for no additional cost! Map
rail may not be available on all sized boards.

symbol means that these whiteboards are in stock and we can usually ship in
1-2 working days from the factory. We can only ship a limit of (3) three dry
erase boards per size to be considered a quick ship item. Orders for more than
3 boards of any particular size will ship as a regular scheduled order.
Shipping Charges: Dry
erase boards under the size of 33½" X 45½" will ship by UPS. All of the
other dry erase boards ship by truck. Shipping Charges for truck orders are
$100.00 on board orders up to $850.00

Mounting is done with factory supplied AH-1 mounting
clips and screw to attach clip to dry erase boards that are mounted every 2'
on center (top & bottom). Screws to attach clips to drywall are included.
All of our dry erase boards are available with a solid oak or aluminum trim and come standard
with a full-length
marker tray and each board ships with a full set of 4 assorted chisel tip dry
erase markers, a dry erase bristle eraser and the installation hardware. If you
are checking prices on dry erase boards you want to make sure that all of these
items are included in the price of the boards and that you are comparing like
items because a lot of our competition don't include these items and have fancy
names for look-a-like products that don't work as well.
